Hi, I’m Kyle — thanks for stopping by and I'm really glad you're here.
I’m a Senior Data Engineer at General Motors, where I help design and scale data platforms that turn complex vehicle and enterprise data into actionable insights. With over seven years of experience spanning data engineering, technology operations, and software development, I’ve led initiatives across automotive, supply chain, and financial services—always focused on making data work harder and smarter for the business.
I’ve worked everywhere from fast-paced startups to steel mills, and one thing I’ve learned is this: the best ideas often come from the people who aren’t typically asked. I firmly believe in giving every employee an equal voice—regardless of title or background—because innovation thrives when inclusivity is more than just a buzzword. I strive to see the light in people, to listen more than I speak, and to lead with empathy and intent.
I value execution over perfection and action over paralyzing analysis. Whether I’m building a streaming data pipeline or guiding a new rider through their first motorcycle course, I bring a mindset of continuous learning, clarity, and follow-through.
Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at Carnegie Mellon University, adding to a foundation that includes an MBA from Arizona State University, a Mechanical Engineering degree from The University of Akron, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GM.
Outside of work, I’m a motorcycle safety coach with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, helping new riders build confidence and stay safe on the road. I’m a passionate Ducati fan and a devoted tifosi who never misses a chance to cheer on Scuderia Ferrari in Formula 1.
