I've worn many hats, from consulting managing directors to getting down and dirty in the trenches at a steel mill. I firmly believe in giving each and every employee an equal voice; some of the best ideas come from those who are never asked. I live by a mantra of inclusivity, and always strive to see the light in people. I believe in execution over perfection and action over paralyzing analysis.
